Big life changes make you question what you thought you knew about yourself and others. Unfair changes that you didn't ask for are especially hard to accept. Negative emotions, self-doubt, and second-guessing can keep you feeling stuck when big shifts happen, but you’re not alone. I’m passionate about helping people face life changes with confidence and self-compassion. The thought of building a new life for yourself can be scary but I’ll help you go from feeling lost and stuck to feeling empowered, confident, and hopeful. I’m easy to talk to and offer a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself and also have some laughs.
I help women in their 20s-30s navigate life transitions and grief. I can help if you’re struggling with: a death, a breakup, aging parents, caregiving, moving, job changes, graduation/going back to school, or another change causing stress. You don’t need to face these challenges alone. I’m here to give you support, guidance, validation, and a place to vent.
We’ll explore how the change affects your identity and confidence, find new coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thinking, process negative emotions, and move toward acceptance. I’m ready to walk alongside you every step of the way, especially if this is your first time getting therapy. Reach out for a free consultation–I look forward to hearing from you!
