Our sessions will offer the chance to tell your story and discuss how your life has been impacted by your struggles. This will begin your healing process. I will not judge you: I understand how strongly these issues impact you. Processing your story in this type of setting allows you to release feelings and beliefs that hold you hostage.
I offer 15 years of experience supporting people in their journey to health. Working through grief, depression, anxiety or any challenge, is hard and takes courage. But, it is doable with the right tools. Having a safe and supportive space to address how your life has been impacted can keep you progressing through the pain to find peace and wholeness.
