If you have been in relationship with a person with narcissistic traits or feel like you are in a toxic relationship, I understand the confusion, pain, fear, and self-doubt you may be feeling. I am a Christian therapist with training in grief, trauma and narcissistic abuse and want to assure you that you are not crazy.
I offer relational psychotherapy (talk therapy) and EMDR which together, can help to heal single incidents or lifelong trauma.
