Thank you for being here. I believe that as a therapist, it is a privilege to be invited into another person’s life and one I never take lightly. Reaching out for support may feel overwhelming, and the task of finding the right person for you can be daunting. I want to assure you this is a safe space, and my primary objective is YOU finding the right person for YOU. That’s why my consultations are 30 minutes, to give you lots of time to decide if I am that right fit for YOU. Your confidence in that decision is extremely important to me.

I am passionate about my work & my skill set is well suited for individuals or couples experiencing life transitions or relationship challenges, in romantic partnerships, friendships, family, professional or otherwise. This includes Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health, Separation/Divorce and Co-parenting, alternative relationship structures to name just a few.
