Through utilizing a positive psychology framework, my goal is to support my client's in growing a healthy and trusting relationship with oneself. I am trained in CBT (specifically for treating OCD), and anxiety (both social and generalized) in youth. Helping my clients strengthen their inner voice and coping skills is my priority.
