My approach to psychotherapy utilizes evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual client. I specialize in EMDR, a comprehensive, effective and highly researched therapy. I am an EMDRIA Certified and Approved Consultant, EMDR Institute Facilitator, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and mPEAK Performance Coach.
My specialties include anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, burnout, PTSD, phobias, grief, abuse, stress management and performance enhancement.
