I sought an education in Psychology to understand how to better react and behave when my thoughts and emotions become a mental hurricane. Now, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have learned to also guide others toward more conscious and sensible goals, manage their time and energy, and use logical reasoning in everyday problem solving.
I have worked with clients suffering depression and anxiety, parenting/ child & adolescent care, personality disorders, severe mental illnesses, and life transitioning.
