If you have been feeling lonely, sad or anxious, we can share a safe space where you can tell me your concerns. The main purpose of therapy is generating deep awareness of one's own personality and behaviour, understand about your inner world (thoughts, emotions, feelings), inquiring how our past affects our present. With this understanding one can move onto learning skills in order to manage emotions and behaviour. The therapeutic approach I use depends on the client's needs and resources available, with a strong foundation on a trauma-informed approach.
I work with Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and/or Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), depending on the client's needs. I seek to understand and assess my client's problems precisely so I can offer what I think would be the best treatment option.
I provide a safe space where patients can freely express themselves, being actively listened to.
