I have helped thousands of people with Depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I treat each person as the unique person they are and we work together to figure out what is required. Sometimes people need help navigating through grief through loss or through fertility issues or illness and I can help with that. Sometimes couples want help to ensure their communication is improved, or help with navigating post separation arrangements with for their children. I am a firm believer in the benefits of Yoga and Meditation but do not push this on to clients if they do not wish to use these tools.
With over 40 years experience in working with children and families, I am happy to discuss parenting and child management with parents as in the end it is what parents do that will sustain new behaviours in children. I am a certified Transactional Analyst, and am an Imago Relationship Therapist, FDR Mediator, and an Internationally Qualified Yoga Teacher.
