You bring to the session with what you are comfortable with and we can take it step by step as we go, you are in full control of sessions as I work with a person centered approach which is where I am non-directive and you take the lead in our sessions together. Taking the first step in seeking support is a huge step in the right direction.
I am experienced in working with all ages, including children. I am warm and inviting and have worked with many cultures within South Auckland. My passion is working alongside people - supporting those in distress, anxiety, depression, loss and grief. I have a wide variety of issues I have worked alongside people with - no issue is too little or too much.
