I am not currently taking on new clients but will be taking new clients from 23 September, 2024. I work in a kind, respectful and collaborative way, providing the space for you to gain insight into your life. Psychotherapy can help you access and change your beliefs, habits and patterns to help you gain a sense of control, ease and joy.
I offer: Psychodynamic psychotherapy (traditional talk therapy), Hakomi mindfulness-centered somatic (mind-body) psychotherapy (similar to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), Parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), Ecotherapy (psychotherapy involving nature) and Nonviolent Communication mediation.
Reaching out for support can be tricky. Let me know if you would like to chat or make an in-person or online appointment. The initial session for couples is 1.5 hours long for $195. ACC registered provider for sensitive claims.
