Whether you’re looking to learn new skills and strategies, improve your mental health, or seeking a listening ear, I have the experience and expertise to help. I offer a range of talking therapies and coaching for any emotional or mental health concern. You deserve to be valued, respected and celebrated for who you are individually. I'll partner with you to enhance your wellbeing. You can expect me to work collaboratively with you to create space for authentic and open communication.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and based on your specific needs and goals. I work transdiagnostically, which means that the focus is less on diagnostic labels and more about identifying and transforming the processes and factors that are keeping you stuck, so that you can thrive.
I work with people for the length of time that is most helpful for them, whether that be a single session or up to 12+ sessions. I usually work with people aged over 18. Appointments are generally available on a fortnightly basis. I am also available for clinical supervision for mental health nurses, counsellors, coaches and health improvement practitioners.
