Tēnā koe, I am a registered psychologist passionate about partnering with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan to enhance their wellbeing and to find sustainable solutions to a wide range of concerns. My practice is collaborative, empathetic, and evidence-based. I am also a trained mediator and am especially interested in supporting couples in conflict and families in transition (during and after separation).
I use an integrative approach that draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as creative and somatic modalities. Psycho-educational and coaching practices may also be used.
Together, we develop the insight and skills to help you manage and work through the problems you are experiencing. You will be listened to sincerely and supported in developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and targeted change.
