Kia ora, therapy can be your healing journey. Approaching a therapist, let alone starting therapy, is a brave thing to do. I aim to empower people through building a strong therapeutic relationship and working from an individualised treatment plan, catered to your needs, wishes, and background. For this, I use an integrated therapeutic approach: I am extensively trained in EMDR, ACT, DBT, MBT, and CBT. I have over 19 years of experience as a clinical psychologist both in public and private sectors. I support people 16 years and older. I offer face to face sessions. I see telehealth sessions as a convenient back-up method, e.g. when you are away for work and still want to continue your session that week. I do not provide therapy that is done only via telehealth.
