My approach in working with my clients is warm and collaborative, creating a safe space for you to be vulnerable. I draw upon a variety of evidence-based practices in my work, including narrative, solution-focused and cognitive behaviour therapies, depending on what goals you are bringing into the work.
Most importantly I work with you as a whole person, not just the issue that you are bringing into therapy. We will work together to explore solutions to problems with your strengths, values, social context, and culture in mind.
