I work with clients to help them clarify and resolve the issues they want to focus on. I consider it important to be able to work with clients in a way that they perceive as helpful and bring in a variety of methods. I have a particular interest in how the body holds trauma from past events such as sexual abuse, violence, lack of early safe attachment and other traumatic events and how this can be released and new memories created. I work in a holistic way and can help clients explore ways to help with anxiety and depression such as mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and yoga.

I am an ACC registered Sensitive Claims therapist working with clients who have experienced sexual abuse. I also work with clients experiencing difficulties in relationships, anxiety and other personal trauma. I am experienced in working with issues of sexuality
