I specialise in women's health issues, and see individuals and couples impacted by fertility-related challenges, adjustment to parenthood, perimenopause and menopause, and gynaecological/endocrinological issues. My clients often present with mental health challenges including anxiety, low mood, trauma; and stress/burnout. Other common challenges are relationship issues, career/job stress, issues with identity and life purpose. My clients want to better understand the often confusing mix of factors contributing to their stuckness and to learn science-based tools to reduce suffering and help them thrive.
I work holistically, utilising the latest evidence-based modalities and the therapeutic relationship for healing and growth. I teach mindfulness and compassion-based approaches that help individuals relate skilfully to difficulty, and somatic techniques to reshape the central nervous system - see Qualifications for further training and credentials.
I love to partner with people in their recovery from mental health challenges or transitional phases in life. I strive for my clients to feel deeply attuned to, to clearly understand what helps/hinders them, and to use/embed new self-regulation tools for recovery and to fulfil their potential in life.
