I am an Auckland based Clinical Psychologist experienced in assessment and treatment of different psychological difficulties. Maybe you are going through a rough patch or have something you would like to work on – I offer professional support to help you set and achieve short- and long-term goals.
I have worked in adult community mental health since 2019 where I gained experience in providing assessments and therapy for psychological difficulties, and ADHD and Autism. I am also experienced in supporting individuals after a stroke, brain injury, concussion, and spinal injury.
I believe that every one of us has an innate ability to overcome life’s challenges and forge a path towards a fulfilling life. Sometimes, though, we may need a bit of help to better understand our troubles, work on difficult thoughts and behaviour, make the most of our existing strengths and develop new coping strategies, and foster a kind inner voice.
