NOTE: Cost of sessions inclusive of GST are $230 for an INDIVIDUAL. $345 for initial COUPLES assessment. ALSO: I do NOT do assessments to provide people with a diagnosis, such as ADHD, so they can obtain medication.
My interpersonal approach is to listen carefully to a person's life challenges and then help them increase their use of their own personal strengths and capacities. The modalities I use for this will depend on your own engagement preferences. I do not find it necessary or useful to focus on deficits, traumatic details or perceived weakness.
