I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board. My practice is situated in Auckland's Ponsonby area, but I also provide remote/online services. With more than 21 years of experience, I specialize in providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures. As a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists, I offer psychological services such as individual psychotherapy for adults and teens, as well as couples therapy. I also conduct assessments for Adult ADHD, Adult Autism, and PTSD.
I offer both in-person and online Couples Therapy. Couples therapy is for couples wanting to improve certain aspects of their relationship. The emphasis in couples therapy is on collaborative growth and fostering empathic understanding in a relationship while working through issues that are interfering with the harmony in the relationship.
I believe that our richest experiences occur when we embrace emotional complexity and cultivate empathy.
