Hello, I’m Christine Burch, a seasoned Counsellor and Family Therapist with 16 years of experience working in Auckland. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and work towards positive change. My goal is to help you build a strong foundation for personal growth and healing. My expertise lies in working with at-risk adolescents and their families within the Youth Justice system. I’ve also helped numerous individuals overcome various challenges, including: anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, parenting struggles, grief and loss, trauma, generational trauma, PTSD and the aftermath of sexual abuse.
