As a Registered Clinical Psychologist I have worked extensively in the Adult Mental Health sector including Health and Rehabilitation work and also in private practice. We can work together with firstly understanding what your concerns are then making a plan that helps you live the life you want.
I have extensive experience in working with the adult population with various psychological issues and have extensive training in treatment modalities of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBT).
