Hi, I'm Sarah Grigg. I am an experienced and empathetic therapist with a health background. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in CBT at the University of Canterbury. As a registered Physiotherapist for the past 25 years, I have worked with diverse populations, including chronic health, disability, pain, anxiety and breathing issues. I provide therapy for adults, children adolescents, and their families, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy.
CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems more positively by breaking them down into smaller parts. Together, we will set goals and find solutions.
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting your journey. I'm happy to have a chat; give me a call, and we can make a plan together. You are not alone.
