Everyone is faced with challenges throughout life and most of us experience some level of worry and stress at times. I fundamentally believe that troubling experiences and behaviours are inseparable from our social, environmental, socioeconomic and cultural contexts, and are understandable responses to our current circumstances, history, belief systems, culture, and bodily capacities.
