I am a compassionate individual with a passion for providing affordable and accessible counselling as I believe everyone may need support with their mental wellness at some point in their lives. I believe as a counsellor it is my role to help you navigate and map out the terrain of your life, walking alongside you to figure out what the next steps or path towards health and wellness may look like for you. I am not afraid to sit with you in the dark as we figure it out together!
Using a pluralistic approach, I am trained in a variety of modalities with person centered and strengths-based counselling at the core of my ethos. With a special interest in youth, whanau and maternal mental health, I recognize that life can often throw us curve balls so with you in the driver's seat, and I am ready to be the passenger on your journey.
