I help you process trauma, safely digest unprocessed life experiences, and regulate your nervous system.
I am a certified life and trauma coach (somatic trauma therapy), former medical doctor and naturopath, and certified Qigong teacher and therapist. Through a somatic and embodied approach you get a chance to heal trauma, and experience more trust, love, happiness and better health.
