I am a registered clinical psychologist helping adults, young people, couples and families to understand life’s challenges whilst working towards positive changes and a meaningful existence. My aim is to help you understand and gain more insight about yourself, relationships and values.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and draw on: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused therapy and family therapy approaches. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My research and personal interests are in migration, identity, gender, culture and women’s health.
