I provide a safe, non judgemental space to explore areas of your life you are struggling with or challenges you are facing. We will work collaboratively to develop individualised practical coping strategies to create meaningful change and meet your therapy goals. I aim to ensure that the entire process is open and transparent from beginning to end and that you leave feeling confident you can continue the progress gained over the course of our sessions.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and utilise this as my primary treatment modality. In addition, where appropriate for the clients I am working with, at times I may incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
