Integrity and Work Ethics Test
The temptation to act dishonestly at work can be enticing. How many times have you used the internet and company time to check posts on Facebook or Twitter? Used the phone, fax, or photocopier for personal use? Or took that one, teeny, tiny box of pens or blank CDs that no one will surely miss? Certainly not the crimes of the century, but time theft, "cyberloafing," and flat-out stealing adds up. A company where managers have to play babysitter isn't one that will run very efficiently, not to mention the fact that honest employees end up paying the price for others' lack of integrity through stricter rules and less freedom. So are you a person who keeps your nose clean at work, or is the siren call of dishonesty too tempting to ignore?
Read each statement carefully and choose the response that best describes how you feel or behave. To receive the most accurate results, please answer as honestly as possible.
