Padraic Gibson D.Psych

Padraic Gibson, D.Psych, is a Consultant Clinical Psychotherapist and is the Clinical Director of The OCD Clinic®, and director of Training and Organization Consultation at The Coaching Clinic®, Dublin. He is senior research associate at Dublin City University where he has also lectures on social emotional and behavioural psychology, strategic problem solving and strategic thinking. He has worked at senior management level and as service director in the Irish health sector for nearly 25 years and has established and managed numerous community based clinics, and teams in that time. Padraic is also clinical lecturer and a senior research associate at the Centro Di Terapia Strategica, Tuscany, Italy. Dr Gibson has conducted and published numerous research projects on treatment outcomes in psychotherapy and his work can be found in the British Medical Journal, amongst others. He is currently supervising and collaborating on a number of ongoing research projects in the UK, Mexico, Ireland, France and Italy.
