Jerry Toomer, Ph.D., is a professor at Butler University and a Partner with The Catalyst Effect, LLC. He has a BA from Wartburg College and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa. He spent 25 years with The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences in the US and Asia, where he held senior leadership positions in human resources. He co-authored The Catalyst Effect with Steve Weitzenkorn, Craig Caldwell and Chelsea Clark.
