Jade Wu, Ph.D., is a clinical health psychologist and host of the Savvy Psychologist podcast. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Cornell University and her Ph.D. at Boston University. She completed her medical psychology residency and clinical psychology fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine and is currently a clinical associate and research scientist at Duke. In the clinic, she uses evidence-based approaches to help clients sleep better, get more grounded, and live to their fullest. She particularly specializes in helping those with sleep problems and anxiety disorders.

Her current research focuses on treating sleep disorders in those with health problems. She regularly presents at international conferences, serves as a reviewer for scientific journals, and collaborates with researchers at top-tier academic medical institutions, such as Harvard Medical School. Her work on sleep has been published in internationally renowned medical journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association.

She lives in Durham, North Carolina with her family and (too many) animals.
