Ilisa Kaufman, Psy.D., is a Miami based psychologist who specializes in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Drawing from her personal struggles with OCD, Kaufman was able to transform her life and get into recovery from OCD. Now, she is on a mission to free other sufferers.

Kaufman is passionate about helping people of all ages who are suffering from OCD to find a way out. Kaufman utilizes Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERPT) to treat her clients. She also created bracelets that symbolize the need for OCD sufferers to receive ERPT, calling them the Tearing OCD Apart bracelets.
