Carin Eriksson Lindvall Ph.D.

Carin Eriksson Lindvall, Ph.D., is Head of the Unit for Career and Leadership in Academia at Uppsala University in Sweden. Her research focuses on leadership, teamwork, and change processes. She has written about driving forces and obstacles in change processes, the role of emotions in organizations and leadership from different perspectives. Of particular interest are questions about what creates creative and developing work. What creates psychological security and motivation at work? How do you make the most out of your career and life?

Dr. Eriksson Lindvall has experience working with leadership training, group development and individual coaching. She has been responsible for a number of leadership programs within Scandinavia but also internationally in European collaborations. She is a trained psychotherapist and coach. She delivers keynotes and workshops on the topics of organizational change, group dynamics, motivation, resilience, psychological safety and strengths-based careers.
