Ayse Yemiscigil, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. Using an interdisciplinary approach, she studies the pathways to experiencing meaningful and satisfying careers and lives. Her research has been published in journals such as Psychological Science and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and covered by the New York Times, Washington Post, and Wall Street Journal.

Yemiscigil designs and facilitates educational and leadership development programs that help people examine and reorganize their identities, careers, and lives for greater fulfillment and flourishing. She also consults organizations in designing and evaluating programs and products for personal development and well-being. She currently teaches “Leading with Authenticity and Purpose,” a highly rated graduate course offered at Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
