Following an initial one-to-one session, a client agrees to work on a regular basis to explore their areas of concern. My role is to listen and provide support through objective, sensitive and holistic enquiry.
Overtime self-awareness grows, in turn providing relief from symptoms and freedom to make different and sometimes difficult choices in life.
I work both one-to-one and in groups. With close to twenty years’ experience, I bring my skills and knowledge to bear in working collaboratively with my clients.
