Therapy comes from the latin word to unburden yourself. As we go through life, we might do things that we are not proud of or find ourselves in situations that are extremely stressful or heartbreaking. Holding all of that inside is very heavy and difficult and can make us feel horrible. Sometimes we might not even know why we feel so bad. Especially when it comes to how we view ourselves or behave in relationships. There are ways to make things better. At d9 therapy and wellness, we can offer the support to help you get through whatever you're going through.
I offer not just a listening ear, but I also want to leave you with tools and new ideas on how you can manage whatever it is that you need help with managing. I have a background of addiction therapy, and am here to help you navigate your addiction - be it substance use, sex/porn addiction, gambling, stress, shopping, food, etc.
