All people at some point in their lives go through very difficult experiences or situations that can affect their mental and physical health, that is why my role as a psychotherapist is to help people deal with any type of problem that they might present such as depression, stress/anxiety, panic attacks, loss and grief, relationship problems, divorce/separation, coping with physical Illness, burnout/fatigue, loneliness, trauma, etc. During the therapeutic process, you will receive support in a very safe, confidential and trustworthy environment. My approach is empathetic, non-judgemental and compassionate.
I apply models of Psychotherapy such as Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT, and I apply these varied approaches effectively to support clients understand their emotions, explore their difficulties, helping them become aware of the real cause of their issue so that afterwards they apply techniques that will help resolve the problem or conflict.
