Hi, my name is Teodora! Ever since a young age, I was very passionate about understanding human behaviour. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, maintaining relationships, or if you just feel the need to open up, I am here for you. My practical and theoretical education consists of various psychological and psychotherapeutic schools, and therefore, my approach will be based on your needs and preferences.
I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, and behaviours. I also work with neurodiverse youth and with clients aged 5+ struggling with self-image, mood swings, and various behavioural and personality issues.
Experiencing life in different parts of Serbia, India, and Ireland made me culturally aware and sensitive, which influences my approach to therapy today. I am here to be your co-pilot throughout your inspiring journey towards healing, and progress.
