I am a fully qualified humanistic and integrative psychotherapist and hold an MA in Psychotherapy. The relationship between the therapist and client is the single most important thing for healing and growth. I work with clients to create clear goals and continually check in to ensure I am supporting them in meeting these goals. My style is compassionate, playful, and interactive while maintaining a sense of calm. I ask questions when it seems important, I acknowledge behavioural patterns when I see them and I challenge clients where I see fit.
I work with individuals and couples. I have 4+ years of experience supporting people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, abuse, sexuality, stress, addiction, low self-esteem and compulsive behaviours. I use an integrative approach to my work, leaning on various theories and techniques.
Please contact me via phone call, text or email to arrange an appointment.
