Hello, my name is Siobhan. I am a qualified experienced counsellor and psychotherapist providing counselling and psychotherapy for adults (18+). Currently a pre-accredited member of IACP and committed to the highest standard of ethical conduct and care for my clients. I can work with a wide range of issues including; stress, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement/loss, depression, anger, work related stresses, feelings of overwhelm. I draw from a range of recognised counselling, and psychotherapy practices that can be tailored to help each person including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I view my role as a facilitator, supporting a person in a compassionate, non-judgemental, empathic manner that allows them the space to resolve the issues, which are getting in the way of their living a happy and fulfilled life.
