I provide a safe place for you to externally process your feelings, support you in recognizing patterns, and in making positive changes in your life. Together, we can figure out how to make sense of it all, overcome challenges, and build up your strength.
I am specialised in working with neurodivergent individuals and LGBTQIA+ with a neuro and queer affirming approach. I work with a varied client base on issues including: Anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, self-growth, bereavement, trauma and employment guidance/search for employment.
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I am neurodivergent so I have a particular interest in working with those groups. I offer therapy in English or Spanish.
