I am a CBT Psychotherapist and Mindfulness trainer. My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental and safe space to help you to overcome whatever you are struggling with in life. My aim is to support you to overcome these difficulties, and to live a life that truly matters to you with health, wellbeing and vibrancy. These life challenges can include worry, overthinking, anxiety, depression, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, low self-esteem or stress. I have a special interest in ‘third wave’ CBT therapy which integrates Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Acceptance-Based Approaches. I am also an Autism-informed Therapist.
I am a CBT Psychotherapist. I work within a CBT model of assessment and individualized, case-formulated treatment plans. I am also an accredited EMDR therapist. I am a neuro affirming therapist working with neurodivergent adults, on the Autism Spectrum and with ADHD. I am a fully trained and accredited mindfulness teacher.
We will work together to develop your CBT and Mindfulness skills to improve your emotional wellbeing and resilience, so that you can move forward and live your life again in ways that matter the most to you.
