My name is Shelley Cahill, a qualified psychotherapist based in Ballinlough, Cork. I offer individual sessions both in-person and online. Sometimes we simply need someone to talk to. I trained in the Humanistic Integrative approach which simply means that I understand that no two people are the same and value your unique self. My background helps me to tailor my approach to each individual. My methods include Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centered Theory, Existentialism, Transactional Analysis and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
