I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I believe people are the experts in their own lives. By providing the right conditions, and using a number of approaches, you can find your way to your own healing, purpose, and self-acceptance, in order to feel comfortable and confident to direct your life.
As a therapist, I primarily use a holistic and integrative style, with a grounding in the person-centred approach. I also use different modalities of therapy in order to tailor make your individual therapeutic experience so that it best serves you.
