I am IACP fully Accredited Counselor/Psychotherapist. I hold a MA in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, MA Applied Spirituality, BA (Hons) Psychology & Theology, Dip in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, BA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. My research areas explore the integrative nature of Spiritual, (Not Religious) and psychological areas of Mental Health. My Therapeutic approach is Humanistic. I strives to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that encourage organic Psychological/Emotional/Spiritual growth and personal development within the context of the client’s unique personal circumstances.
My approach is to assist an individual in evolving their perspective within the context of what is challenging them. A by-product of this process is that the person has a more organic understanding of themselves, which in turn encourages a deeper degree of self-efficacy allowing clarity of thought, which allows for better decision making abilities.
Non Judgement is key to any authentic process of therapy/personal development. When an individual begins to understand their innermost selves from a deeper . perspective, their growth path is more organic in nature. Being true to our innermost selves, and living by these truths is essential to grounded authentic integrity and well-being. It's that simple.
