I believe that each client is unique. This is an important element that must be addressed in finding a bespoke solution to the issues that hold them back from finding serenity in their lives. The disfunction that we manifest is like a toxic suit of armor that we wear to insulate us from pain and hurt not realizing that the armor rather than protecting us only delays the work we must do and hence the armour becomes its own disfunction. I am a Psychotherapist and Addiction Counsellor Accredited by both IACP and ACI. I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy with clients wishing to explore a wide range of issues.
I also work with individuals, loved ones, families and groups affected by addiction. I am a Person Cantered and integrative psychotherapist my practice is also CBT informed. I apply the technique that best suits my client’s needs. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathic environment in which clients can reflect and explore their life experiences
