My passion is working with people who want to uncover and embody their truth and develop their inner knowing. Life is full of different pressures and demands. Often, our internal life of emotions, personal challenges and hearts desires are not reflected to us as most important by the world we live in. But if we don't carve out time for ourselves and prioritise our truth and joy, it's easy to feel swept up in the tide rather than living a life that expresses the fullness of your Soul. My journey has taken me from deep psychotherapy to combining psychotherapy and spirituality as a path of truth through transformation.
A safe, compassionate relationship is always the centre of my client work. I integrate different approaches in my work in response to each client's needs, always based on a foundation of embodiment. I combine the depth of psychodynamic and transpersonal therapy with the practical and accessible approaches of CBT and mindfulness, where appropriate.
