Primarily I work with younger people and I look at how our emotions cause us to think and react. One of my main types of therapy I'd using Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) which is similar to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) except that it has a lot more emphasis on how you feel.
