Hi, I’m Sam. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy as well as a Professional Diploma in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy and a Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling. I’m a fully accredited member of the IACP. Helping to empower and resource my clients is at the heart of what I do and is facilitated by the safe space I provide for self-discovery and introspection. I place an emphasis on forming strong relationships with all of my clients through non-judgement, empathy and understanding. I draw from many theoretical models to best suit the needs of each individual client e.g. CBT and psychodynamics.
